Residential construction and project management for character home renovations, extensions and awkward sites, run by a qualified carpenter with 20 years' experience in New Zealand and the UK.
Get in touchRed Robin Construction is run by a carpenter who learned the trade in Wellington and has worked on prime residential renovation and development in London since 2017. You deal with the person who knows how the building goes together, from the first site visit to handover.
Character bungalows and villas opened up, extended and made to work for a family, with the original detail kept where it matters.
Architectural new builds on residential sites, built to the drawings and priced against them.
For owners and developers who want the whole job coordinated: trades, materials, programme and consents.
Steep sections, tight access and big level changes are where most builders add risk to the price. This is the work we like.
Working in the central suburbs and nearby. Ask if your site is just outside.
Send a short description, the address and any drawings you have. You'll get a straight answer from a builder on whether and how it can be done.
